2. About The Modern Recovery Group
TMRG Pty Ltd (ACN 697 921 574), trading as The Modern Recovery Group (TMRG, we, us, our), is a mental health and wellbeing service provider operating in Australia. Our Founder and Director and Principal Counsellor, Jodi Lee Gordon, is an ACA Level 2 Registered Counsellor and Qualified Peer SI Practitioner.
TMRG provides counselling, peer support, group programs, digital courses, wellbeing tools and related services, all delivered online unless otherwise agreed. Services are provided in accordance with the applicable professional and ethical standards of the Australian Counselling Association (ACA). TMRG additionally provides The Modern Recovery Community, a free subscriber service through which members receive updates and communications from TMRG. Some services and digital content offered by TMRG are non-clinical and educational in nature and do not constitute mental health treatment.
3. Permitted Use
You may use this Website for lawful purposes only. You must not:
• Use the Website in any way that breaches any applicable law or regulation
• Use the Website to transmit unsolicited or unauthorised advertising or promotional material

5. Booking Process and Therapeutic Relationship
Submitting an enquiry or booking request through this Website does not itself establish a therapeutic relationship or constitute a confirmed appointment.
A therapeutic relationship with TMRG is only established through the following three-step process:
• Step 1: You submit an enquiry or self-referral form through the Website
• Step 2: TMRG reviews your enquiry and, where appropriate, sends you an intake pack including the Client Agreement and Informed Consent
• Step 3: Your practitioner reviews and accepts your booking following completion of the intake process
A confirmed appointment exists only once you have received written confirmation from TMRG following completion of Step 3.

Engaging with TMRG content on social media does not constitute an engagement for services and does not establish a duty of care. A therapeutic relationship is only established through the formal intake process described in Section 5 of these Terms.
